ServiceTec International, Inc. is seeking an Airport Systems Support Technician to maintain common-use IT equipment at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) in Hebron, KY. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and flexibility with shift coverage.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, on-site. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service; A+ or related certifications are preferred but not required.

• A+ or relevant certification(s) preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
• Must be time-flexible to cover shifts or stay later on occasion.

• Work with computers, solve problems proactively and reactively, and participate in valuable technical training.
