Job summary

Peraton is hiring Customer Technical Specialists to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at airports across the United States. The role provides IT operations and project support for the Federal Security Director, staff, and screening workforce, delivering professional services and a range of technologies at the airport and off-site locations.

The on-site position in Houston, TX requires travel up to 25% and involves troubleshooting

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT and network support at airports and off-site locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues remotely or on-site.
• Install and configure end-user devices and peripherals.
• Maintain asset and configuration records in the ticketing system.
• Conduct routine IT inventory audits and document updates.
• Collaborate with Peraton leadership to improve service delivery.
