Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT project management or technical business analysis experience.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and operational IT projects from planning through implementation and handoff.
• Develop practical project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk tracking.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or blended approaches based on initiative needs.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, decisions, and changes.
• Collaborate with airport departments to translate business needs into requirements.
• Document workflows, system interactions, acceptance criteria, and handoffs.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve resource allocation.
• Coordinate testing and acceptance activities to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with vendors, partners, and service providers.
• Support RFI/RFP activities by developing requirements and evaluation criteria.
