Job summary

ITnova is seeking an experienced Airport Systems Project Manager to lead complex technology and infrastructure projects supporting airport operations, public safety, security, and other mission-critical systems.

The role covers planning through closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects meet technical and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience in managing complex technology or infrastructure projects.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable plans and strategies.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, implementation, and closeout of complex airport systems projects.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, IT, airport operations, security, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and contract terms.
• Monitor performance, manage changes, and provide status reports to leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
