Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift/carry bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Customer focused, detail oriented, with good English communication.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees.
• Inform passengers about their trips and belongings, clearly and politely.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely flight information and processing.
• Listen to passengers and resolve issues per policy during disruptions.
• Assist in the Baggage Service Office with baggage location and questions.
