Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is hiring at Seattle Airport to greet and assist passengers, direct them to taxi or limo services, and dispatch a sufficient number of taxicabs to loading points. You will provide accurate information and coordinate with drivers and ground transportation staff in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Candidates should be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and prefer customer service or airport experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Airport experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers at taxi curbside in Ground Transportation and offer assistance.
• Direct passengers to the appropriate taxi/limo service.
• Ensure sufficient number of taxicabs available and dispatch to loading points.
• Communicate with drivers, co-workers, and supervisors and address concerns.
• Write reports regarding deviations from normal operation.
• Order luxury limousines when needed, and log information regarding limousines on limo logs.
• Identify and report safety issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean work area and break room; perform related duties.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
