Job summary

United Ground Express in Durango, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead the station’s daily operations, service quality, and financial performance. You will drive safety, staffing, customer experience, and a welcoming work environment for your team and travelers.

You will coach the station staff, manage budgets and vendor contracts, ensure compliance with security and audit standards, and foster strong relationships with airport authorities and partners.

• Provide coaching and direction to the station team.
• Manage operations budget, staffing forecasts, and resources.
• Maintain station facilities, equipment, and appearance standards.
• Ensure compliance with station controls and internal audit standards.
• Maintain relationships with airport authorities, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage vendor service contracts as required.
