Job summary

Grupo Eulen is hiring an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day janitorial operations across multiple facilities in the Fort Myers region. You will ensure service delivery meets contractual standards, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety and accountability.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, travel within the region, and strong leadership of Supervisors and frontline teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, operations management, or related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regionally.
Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
Minimum of five years in janitorial or facility operations management with multi-site oversight.
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive accountability across locations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee day-to-day janitorial operations across facilities in the region.
Establish, communicate, and enforce operational standards for consistency and quality.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure safety compliance.
Staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation within budget.
Report performance to clients and internal leadership; support client retention.
