Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking an Airport Greeter to welcome guests arriving at Charleston International Airport and local private airports. This on-call role includes confirming drivers, assisting with luggage, and escorting guests to their vehicles in the charter lane.

The position is on-site with flexible weekday and weekend hours. Pay is $16.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the resort.

• Be an ambassador to Kiawah Island Golf Resort at all times, in and outside of the work place.
• Ability to focus on details and organize, prioritize, and follow up.
• Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised.
• Ability to work flexible hours and go an extra mile.
• Should be creative, innovative and strive for continuous improvement.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Position Summary

The Airport Greeter is responsible for greeting Kiawah Island Golf Resort and The Sanctuary Hotel group guests upon their arrival at the Charleston International Airport and local private airports. An Airport Greeter will be welcoming/greeting group guests, confirming drivers/vehicles are present prior to guest arrivals, assisting with luggage handling, and escorting guests to their vehicles in the charter lane outside baggage claim. This is an ON-CALL position, requiring availability on weekdays and weekends.

Pay Rate The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay for this position is $16.00 per hour.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds across short-medium distance.
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of a shift while reaching, bending, and stooping as needed.
• Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.
