Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Recovery Equipment Operator to support glycol recovery and recycling efforts at LaGuardia Airport and surrounding Northeast stations. You will safely operate equipment, perform maintenance, and collaborate with airport authorities and team members to ensure compliant operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic math and mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of required classroom and on-the-job training.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate glycol recovery and processing equipment per procedures.
• Collect spent aircraft de-icing fluid and minimize spills.
• Inspect and maintain glycol systems for performance.
• Perform quality sampling, testing, and documentation per SOPs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and component replacements.
• Conduct truck transfer operations and offload/loading.
• Maintain equipment and tools in safe condition.
• Coordinate with airport authorities and team while following security.
