Responsibilities

• Monitor and control payroll and other expenses.
• Manage both Retail and Restaurant operations.
• Adhere to F&B budgets.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Create schedules using forecasting and scheduling tools for efficiency and labor savings.
• Direct food and beverage services with strategic input.
• Participate in department head meetings and communicate directions.
• Implement F&B financial strategies and budgets.
• Negotiate supplier prices and contracts; manage usage reports.
• Ensure sanitation and quality standards for food and service.
