Job summary

National Car Rental is hiring a Fleet Logistics Coordinator to support the Miami International Airport operations. This entry-level role in the Group Fleet Department focuses on forecasting, ordering, allocating, and managing the fleet.

Responsibilities include monitoring vehicle movement, coordinating exchanges, and maintaining registrations and maintenance records while collaborating with drivers, vendors, and branch managers to optimize lot space and workflow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year experience handling basic customer service and/or office administration functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Schedule availability: Thursday - Monday: 5:30 am - 2:00pm; Tuesday/Wednesday OFF.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle movement on and off the lot across all fleet locations.
• Coordinate vehicle exchanges and recoveries with external organizations.
• Manage driver activity to/from the airport with vendors to optimize fleet moves.
• Use company systems to track recalls, deletes, and maintenance.
• Maintain registration data and support fleet maintenance records.
• Execute daily fleet inventory counts and report using EVMS.
• Serve as daily point of contact for the driver team and support Fleet Supervisor.
