On the Go (MCO) seeks a Manager of Airport Finance - Operations to lead accounting and financial reporting for the airport operations. Responsibilities include general ledger, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and internal controls to safeguard assets.

The role reports to the Airport Director and oversees both the Money Room and Accounting Team, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to policy. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as part of a cross-functional management team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee money room and cash reporting; enforce cash controls and shrink policy.
• Supervise the accounting team; ensure invoices are entered and paid by deadlines.
• Analyze weekly financial results and report to regional and corporate management.
• Prepare weekly/monthly forecasts and expense budgets; explain variances to goals.
