Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions, a nationwide leader in rental car outsourcing, is hiring an Operations Manager for a fast-paced airport location. You will run the plan, publish daily updates, and ensure production meets forecast while keeping the site safe and efficient.

The role reports to the Area Manager and leads Supervisors, Leads and hourly staff across a single site. Requirements include at least one year of management experience and a valid driver's license; a clear path to Area Manager and

Qualifications

• At least one year of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and hourly staff.
• Experience with labor cost and gross profit consideration.

Responsibilities

• Run the Plan of the Day and publish it to supervisors and leads.
• Submit accurate daily flash reporting on productivity and profitability.
• Manage and post employee schedules; communicate with the client.
• Lead site safety audits and a safety program across all shifts.
• Ensure proper hiring paperwork and screening; background checks as required.
