Job summary

Analogic is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service, diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues, and maintain service reports. The role covers Albany International Airport (ALB) and surrounding areas, requiring 3–5 years in troubleshooting, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Applicants must obtain an Airport ID badge, pass background checks, and maintain flexible, field-based schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years' troubleshooting experience.
• Strong time management and ability to complete small field projects.
• Technically savvy; quick to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Professional demeanor and customer focus.
• Solid written and verbal communication for detailed reports and updates.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors, determine proper solutions and repair electronic/ mechanical systems.
• Document timely, detailed service reports and maintain product knowledge.
• Meet daily service needs at assigned sites with proactive, field-based planning.
• Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance independently in the field.
• Maintain tools and calibrated equipment and ensure readiness for field work.
