Job summary

Analogic is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to cover Buffalo and surrounding areas. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues, performing electronic and mechanical repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service in field settings.

Candidates should have 3–5 years' troubleshooting/repair experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% and obtain required airport access and security clearances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years' troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Technically savvy; quick to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Professional, customer-focused with strong communication.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in the field.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain airport access.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions for electronic and mechanical systems.
• Perform repairs, document service reports, and maintain product knowledge.
• Exceed company and customer requirements and build positive relationships.
• Respond to customer needs and maintain calibrated tools and equipment.
• Meet daily service needs at assigned sites and locations.
• Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance in the field.
• Schedule work based on field needs and travel as required.
