Analogic is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Baltimore/Washington area, diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical systems in aviation security equipment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, document detailed service reports, and maintain strong customer relationships while working independently in the field.

The role requires a high school diploma with 3–5 years of troubleshooting experience, excellent time management, and the ability to travel up to 10%

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair.
• Exceptional time management and ability to complete small field projects.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose errors, assess problems, and determine effective solutions.
• Perform electronic and mechanical repairs; maintain product knowledge.
• Document timely, detailed service reports for customers.
• Exceed company and customer requirements and build strong relationships.
• Maintain tools and calibrated equipment at all times.
• Meet daily service needs at assigned sites and locations.
• Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance in the field.
• Schedule work based on field needs and travel requirements.
