Job summary
Oshkosh AeroTech in Georgia is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on airport facility systems and controls. You will manage maintenance tasks, respond to requests, and ensure documentation in the CMMS.
Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license and 1+ years in equipment maintenance, with the ability to obtain airport security clearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- 1+ years of experience in equipment and maintenance operations.
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
- Willingness to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in airport operations or facility maintenance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility systems and controls.
- Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
- Execute reactive, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including emergency response.
- Promptly communicate critical updates to the Site Manager.
- Interpret manuals and work orders to perform required service tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
