Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking a Machine Repair Technician Level 3 to lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of airport facilities and building systems. You will guide preventive, predictive, and corrective activities and ensure safe, reliable facility operations.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years in facilities or maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, ability to read blueprints, and CMMS proficiency. Work shifts include 1st–3rd, with safety training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in facilities/maintenance ops preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair airport facilities and building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, prioritizing preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks.
• Delegate maintenance work and communicate with customers and airport personnel.
• Repair or replace equipment, interpret blueprints and manuals, ensure accurate repairs.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and monitor asset reliability.
