The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is hiring for a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to maintain and repair airport facilities. The role requires proficiency in multiple trades and the ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, at Phoenix Sky Harbor and related facilities.

Applicants should have 3 years of skilled level maintenance experience (or 6 years of trades experience with two trades), plus completion of an apprenticeship.

• Three years of skilled level maintenance experience in building trades, with proficiency in at least two trades.
• Or six years of trades experience, three at skilled level, with proficiency in at least two trades.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.
