Job summary

Tailwind Concessions seeks a General Manager for our Starbucks location at PWM Airport in Portland, ME. You will lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service while managing budgets, labor, and schedules.

You will drive profitability, oversee food and beverage service, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment. A GM background of 2–5 years is required; certifications like ServSafe and Food Handlers are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of General Manager experience required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Certifications: ServSafe and Food Handlers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control payroll and other expenses.
• Manage both Retail and Restaurant operations.
• Adhere to F&B budgets and achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Create schedules using forecasting tools to maximize efficiency.
