Job summary

You’ll use our reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while delivering courteous, efficient service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Provide efficient and friendly service while ensuring crew and luggage are transported safely.
• Operate vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions.
• Shuttles navigate areas congested with aircraft and equipment; lift bags as needed.
