Job summary

Prosegur is hiring at Linthicum Heights, MD for an on-site Airport Ambassador role. You will assist customers at the airport, provide operational support, and report any facility issues. A SIDA badge is strongly recommended to work at the airport, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

We expect a high school diploma or GED and require excellent customer service and dependable, ethical behavior. This is a full-time position with 1st/2nd shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ambassador and Terminal Support monitors assist and answer questions from all customers at the airport.
• Provide operational assistance to departments in the airport.
• Detect and report issues with building conditions, broken equipment, etc.
