Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Dock Lead at Portland International Airport (PDX).

You will supervise the dock agents, coordinate loading and unloading, and ensure safe, efficient operations across ground support activities in a fast-paced aviation environment. Ideal candidates will have 1 year dock experience, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• 1 year experience as a dock agent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate dock operations, including loading/unloading of cargo and baggage.
• Lead and supervise a team of dock agents, providing guidance and training.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols by all team members.
