Job summary

PrimeFlight is seeking a Dock Supervisor for Portland International Airport (PDX1) to oversee dock operations, lead dock agents, and ensure safe and efficient handling of cargo and baggage. The role requires coordinating with flight operations and ground crews while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

The position is full-time and based at Portland, OR. Candidates should have 1 year of dock lead and dock agent experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• 1 year experience as a Dock Lead.
• 1 year dock agent experience.
• Knowledge of the Aviation Industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dock operations, including loading/unloading aircraft cargo and baggage.
• Lead a team of dock agents, provide training and evaluations.
• Ensure safety and security procedures during all dock activities.
• Coordinate with flight operations, ground crew, and other teams for efficient workflow.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of ground support equipment.
• Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance.
