Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Dock Supervisor at Portland International Airport. You will oversee dock operations, coordinate with ground crew, and lead a team of dock agents to ensure safe, timely loading and unloading of aircraft.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Experience as a Dock Lead is preferred (1 year).
• Dock agent experience (1 year) is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to pass background check and drug screen; eligibility for FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority clearances as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dock operations, including loading/unloading aircraft cargo and baggage.
• Lead and train a team of dock agents; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures during dock activities.
• Coordinate with flight operations, ground crew, and other teams for efficient workflow.
• Maintain proper use and maintenance of ground support equipment.
• Document and report productivity and efficiency of dock activities.
• Assist in emergency response planning and documentation.
