Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is a trusted aviation support leader with operations at many major airports. We are seeking candidates to join our team as an airport operations agent coordinator, responsible for assigning Agents to flights, managing the control room environment, time clocks, and Avtech devices to ensure on-time performance.

You will perform daily device inventory, troubleshoot equipment, ensure devices are charged, and maintain secure access to the Control Room.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign Agents to flights or other locations in the airport.
• Distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and research to team members.
• Perform daily inventory of devices and report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot devices not functioning and report out-of-service units.
• Ensure devices are adequately charged and time clocks are operable.
• Provide right of access to the Control Room.
• Complete work safely according to company standards and policies.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents or hazards.
