Job summary

Unifi in Boston is seeking individuals to join our growing team responsible for assigning Passenger Assistance Agents, wheelchairs, and Avtech devices to flights and managing the control room environment, inventory, and device distribution. This entry-level role includes paid training and opportunities to learn airport operations.

You will work rotating shifts in all weather, support safe on-time arrivals and departures, and report safety incidents per policy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign wheelchair team members to activities for safe on-time arrivals and departures.
• Distribute Avtech devices to all team members for passenger tracking and research.
• Perform daily inventory of devices and report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot devices not functioning and report out-of-service devices.
• Ensure all devices are adequately charged.
• Ensure time clocks are operable and escalate related issues.
• Provide right of access to the Control Room.
• Perform related duties within the appropriate skill and experience for this position.
• Complete work safely and according to company standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
