Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Palm Springs is seeking dedicated kitchen support staff for our airport dining environments. You will handle dishwashing, maintain sanitation standards, and support food prep during peak hours to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a dynamic concession setting. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with benefits and growth potential within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or dishwashing preferred.
• Ability to follow sanitation guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash items in 3 compartment sinks, when dishwasher is unavailable.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately, following Food Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and equipment, especially during peak hours.
• Check dishwashing machines’ operation and report issues to management.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
