Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, taste, carve, portion and serve food items following recipes and directions.
• Follow production prep list and keep accurate records.
• Requisition supplies and equipment as needed.
• Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized work area free of hazards.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items for service.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed.
• Report equipment repairs and maintenance to management.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation per brand standards.
