Job summary

CC Holdings Group is hosting a job fair at Indianapolis International Airport for multiple positions, including Dishwasher roles. This event features Part-Time & Full-Time opportunities with shifts from early morning to late evening, and a starting rate up to $16.00 per hour.

The event is at the airport facility on September 29, 2026, in Indianapolis. Weekly pay, training, and benefits are offered to all employees.

Qualifications

• Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to grooming standards.
• Sets up station according to cafe guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows portion control and presentation specifications as set by the café.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station.
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
• Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping the floors, cleaning surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures.
• Work at an efficient and consistent pace.
• Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling is required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Has the ability to deal with changes.
• Willingness to assist in other tasks when asked.
• Prior work in a high-volume kitchen is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or in dishwasher.
• Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and food storage procedures.
• Work as a team member in a dynamic workplace and provide excellent customer service.
