OTG Management is hiring a Dishwasher at IAH to support our dining and hospitality team. The role emphasizes keeping dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and ready for service, contributing to a seamless guest experience across our airport locations.

You will work with a fast-paced crew, lift up to 40 lbs, and maintain flexible availability including nights and weekends. OTG values teamwork, care, and continuous improvement in a dynamic travel environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a guest focus while performing duties
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, and cookware
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problem to Manager immediately
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
• Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas, as required
• Perform other duties as assigned.
