Job summary

OTG is seeking a dishwasher at the LGA location to uphold OTG's guest experience by keeping dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and ready for use.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading the dish machine, maintaining supply levels, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and promptly reporting issues to the Manager. Must be 18+ with physical stamina; flexible availability including nights and weekends. This fast-paced airport environment emphasizes teamwork and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more.
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a guest focus while performing duties.
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problem to Manager immediately.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
