Job summary

SSP Deutschland GmbH seeks a Shift Supervisor for its restaurant inside the Minneapolis Airport. You will greet guests, oversee shift execution, train new hires, and ensure openings and closings are completed per SSP standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in food & beverage, be 18+, and able to pass a TSA background check. SSP champions diversity and inclusion across its teams.

Qualifications

• Background check: able to pass a 10-Year TSA check.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage.
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to resolve uncomfortable situations with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and procedures.
• Train new hires on operating standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to achieve goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
