Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain menu knowledge and provide recommendations.
• Process guest payments and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with seating guests and supporting other restaurant areas as needed.
