Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for DJT International Airport in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time, on-site role supports daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, guest service, and adherence to brand standards.

You will lead a diverse team, ensure food safety, manage shifts, monitor quality, and help drive sales and profitability. Must have 3-5 years in restaurant management and a current Serv Safe Certificate, with willingness to obtain certification

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Obtain and maintain current Serv Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
• Proficient in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, food quality and presentation standards, and grooming.
• Be a visible presence, monitor team performance and adjust operations as needed.
• Ensure positive guest service and resolve complaints with timely resolutions.
• Drive top line sales and profitability.
