Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate vertical or airfield capital projects with designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage budgets, scope, and schedules; coordinate consultants and contractors; oversee project controls and submittals.
• Engage stakeholders, prepare presentations, and report project progress through planning and development phases.
• Collaborate with asset owners across GFIAA departments to ensure project success in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure conformance with applicable laws and FAR Part 139 requirements; stay current on aviation construction trends.
