Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or related field; five+ years of experience in design/construction project management with projects valued at least $3–$5M.

Responsibilities

• Integrate GFIAA’s mission, vision, values and strategic goals into all areas of responsibility.
• Provide project management for multiple capital development projects, including budget, scope, schedule and delivery methods; coordinate documents and selection of consultants/contractors.
• Coordinate with Asset Owners and GFIAA staff to ensure project success in a collaborative environment.
• Support evaluation of design and cost proposals and Statements of Qualifications submitted by consultants/contractors.
• Lead ORAT processes and closeout functions; create presentations and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
