Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority is seeking a Design & Construction Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects, interfacing with architects, engineers, contractors, and GFIAA staff across divisions. Role emphasizes high professional competence and problem solving.

The position requires managing budgets, schedules, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to advance planning and development phases while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or related field.
• At least five years of progressive design/construction project management experience.
• Projects valued at $3–$5M or more.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
• Familiarity with design/construction software and applicable regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide PM for multiple capital projects including budget, scope and schedule.
• Coordinate with asset owners and consultants to ensure project success.
• Lead ORAT readiness and project closeout processes.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders and review project progress.
• Ensure conformance with applicable laws and regulations.
