Avolta is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Milwaukee Airport F&B to assist customers, complete sales transactions, returns, and voids, and support the Mystery Shop program and training initiatives.

This non-exempt role typically reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. A High School diploma or GED is required; customer service or training experience is preferred.

• Provides feedback to managers regarding continued development of associates.
• Acts as mentor to transition associate from time of hire to completion of retail training process.
• Administers service excellence training in units.
• Administers Mystery Shoppers Program for the branch and notifies managers of scores on a daily and period basis.

Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer assistance in stores by

completing sales transactions, completing returns, and processing voids for associates; administering the Mystery Shop program and training programs; ensuring consistent application of all company and local customer service policies; and providing training; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager.
