Job summary

Envoy Air is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Agent at Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport. You will greet passengers, assist with check-in and tickets, and help travelers using our reservation system.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority to travel for business needs as required.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Lift and move passengers' bags onto the belt and assist travelers in transit.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage while aiming for on-time departures and arrivals.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and adapt to irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
