• Develops employees and Oversees day to day customer service operations.
• Implements methods to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Communicates procedural changes and ensures compliance across teams.
• Monitors on-time performance and staffing requirements.
• Identifies areas for improvement and implements performance enhancements.
• Oversees relationships with vendors to ensure accountability.
• Ensures internal audit requirements are followed and compliant.
