Job summary

City of Boise seeks a Custodial Supervisor to lead a custodial team at Boise Airport. You will supervise daily operations, schedule and train staff, ensure safety, and maintain high cleanliness standards for passengers and the public.

You will work hands-on with the team, respond to operational needs, manage supplies, and uphold exceptional service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of custodial experience directing others.
• Ability to pass City of Boise background checks and driving record checks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to complete airport driver training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a custodial team, schedule and train staff, monitor performance.
• Coordinate daily custodial operations and respond to staffing needs.
• Oversee inventory, supplies and safety procedures.
• Perform custodial duties alongside the team as needed.
• Interact with passengers and the public to provide information.
