Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence per SLA.
• Resolve inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
• Maintain CRM data and process transactions with attention to detail.
• Assist with account setup, maintenance, and platform navigation.
