Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering and project management experience in airfield design/construction.
• Solid analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and communications skills.
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
• Ability and willingness to manage teams.
• Ability to set deadlines, manage resources, monitor/summarize project progress.
• Solid organizational skills with a focus on details.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Knowledge of airfield and FAA regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a passion for lifelong learning or similar technical degree.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License or desire to pursue license.
• Existing relationships with strategic clients a plus

Responsibilities

• Project Management and leading the technical delivery of airport development projects in the Great Lakes region.
• Supporting other projects in C&S offices across the country.
• Engaging with clients to solve problems and improve their airport facilities.
• Leading the communication with clients, FAA and other project stakeholders.
• Leading internal team of design professionals to deliver exciting projects for our clients.
• Coordinating with sub-consultants and multi-discipline teams throughout design and construction.
• Administration and oversight of the construction of our designed projects.
