Job summary

Clark County Department of Aviation seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to manage diverse projects from planning through completion. You will work with Airport Program Administrators and Engineers, reviewing submittals, RFIs, schedules, meeting minutes, drawings, and specifications while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, County, Federal, and State agencies, and ensuring timely information flow.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to two years of college-level coursework in pre-engineering, construction technology or a related field.
• Five years of full-time building and/or general construction project experience.
• Experience in a field related to the work may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction project coordination and management of varied development and renovation projects.
• Visit sites and conduct inspections to monitor progress.
• Coordinate with developers, engineers, architects, contractors, and agencies to explain codes and procedures.
