You will manage contracts, coordinate contractors, review plans, and ensure airport operations are maintained while minimizing disruptions. The role requires a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction and 5–12 years of relevant experience; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to review and manage construction contracts.
• Ability to negotiate and manage risks.
• Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMR).
• Experience reviewing safety plans, QC plans, and document control processes.

Aufgaben

• Manage construction contracts and coordinate contractor efforts during construction, closeout, and occupancy.
• Coordinate construction activities while maintaining airport operations and minimizing disruptions.
• Review and interpret contract documents (plans and specs).
• Review, coordinate, and comment on submittals, changes, and deliverables.
• Assess changes for merit and cost reasonableness.
• Coordinate with AHJ and utility providers.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress and forecast reports.
• Influence construction progress to align with schedules.
