Parsons is hiring a Senior Construction Manager in Florida to oversee airport terminal projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and Parsons standards. You will lead teams on site, coordinate with design-build contractors, and maintain passenger operations during construction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a construction-related field and 15+ years of field construction experience, with a preference for large airport projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
• 15+ years of field construction experience.
• Experience on large airport, civil/structural, or industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Parsons with the client, subcontractors and suppliers on the project.
• Maintain landside operations around active airport terminals during construction.
• Lead preconstruction efforts to influence design for buildable solutions.
• Collaborate with Design-Build/CMAR contractors to identify interfaces and risks.
• Promote health, safety, and security; lead by example.
• Direct on-site field construction activities and manage crews.
