Avis Budget Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee architectural and engineering services for development and construction projects, primarily at airports. You’ll lead projects from scope through closeout, ensuring compliance with design intent and regulatory codes, while coordinating with operations and corporate teams.

The role requires 5–10 years of progressive PM experience in commercial construction, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field with applicable experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years of practical and progressive commercial construction and design project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction activities and professional roles in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Requires excellent organizational and analytical ability and ability to manage multiple 3rd party teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborates with Operations to define functional requirements and translate them into scopes of work.
• Coordinates with Design & Construction and HQ to implement standards and branding across the network.
• Prepares detailed cost estimates to support budgeting and approvals.
• Oversees design development documentation for permitting, bidding, and contracting.
