Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Miami, FL is seeking a recent graduate for a rotational eight-week airport operations training program.

You will rotate through core functions to understand fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance, with a path to leadership Upon completion, you will step into a supervisory role overseeing daily operations or sales functions, leading frontline teams, and receiving mentorship and development to advance into an Operations Manager position

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• One year of experience providing high-quality customer service is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, kneel, get up and get down from a seated position, enter, exit, climb into, climb down from, and drive a variety of automobiles in all weather conditions.

Salary: $52,000/yr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)

What You’ll Do:

After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions. Responsibilities may include leading frontline teams, supporting fleet operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service and safety standards are met. You will receive ongoing mentorship and development support, with opportunities to advance into Operations Manager and future leadership roles within our organization.

The annual starting salary for this position is $52,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
